This is a guarantee covered by Panasonic (UK) Limited and is subject to registration by the consumer.     

As we are part of the Panasonic Digital Service Network, should your set require service within the guarantee period you simply contact us and we can collect and repair the unit for you in our own workshops.  Collection applies for any screen over 19".
